LATEST NEWS!!! - DREAMGIRLS ON TV!

Call-Back is a new local cable TV series about community theatre in and around Cleveland! The show is hosted by Dreamgirls Director Geoff Short and is seen locally Monday Nights at 10:30pm on Cox 45, reaching over 74,000 people in 10 Cleveland suburbs! Dreamgirls is the first production Call-Back will focus on and all the way until Opening Night, viewers will be behind the scenes as we put this smash hit together! Meet the Director - Geoff Short

Geoff (pictured below) is thrilled to be Directing Dreamgirls, one of his favorite musicals and one he is very passionate about. He has performed in musical theatre productions on area stages for over 30 years. Geoff is a singer and songwriter who has written music for radio and television as well as the stage. He has appeared on television and radio and has shared the stage with music legends Martha Reeves and the Vandellas, Leslie Gore and Tommy James and the Shondells. He most recently Directed the musical "Violet" also at the Cassidy Theatre and recently appeared in the Cleveland Playhouse Club Cabaret "Motown!" Geoff was also the co-host of the weekly on-air segment "Cheap Date" seen on WKYC TV-3. More information is available at www.geoffreyshort.8k.com .
